Thank you for your interest in covering the 2012 SXSW Conferences & Festivals and SXSW Edu.

The application process for press accreditation has now closed. We will begin accepting applications for press credentials to the 2013 event in September 2012. Walk-up requests for credentials will not be granted.

If you have already applied, but not yet uploaded your letter of assignment, you will still have access to your application for 5 business days from the time you filled it out, and will still be able to upload directly to your application. PLEASE DO NOT EMAIL YOUR LETTERS OF ASSIGNMENT.

If you have questions regarding your status, keep in mind that we will get back to you within 15 business days of receiving your completed application - this includes both the online application and letter of assignment. If you have any additional questions, please email press@sxsw.com. Note that these emails may not be answered.
